Meditech Disaster Recovery In our Canandaigua, NY Data Center, Tri-Delta has the equipment and experts to support the restoration of Meditech's Magic and Client-Server (C/S) platforms. We have many dedicated Intel systems which have either SAN based or external SCSI attached disk drives. Tape drives supported include DLT, AIT and LTO.
Our engineers have a proven expertise in restoring the Meditech Magic and C/S environment. Best of all, we do all the work for you whether it is in a DR test or more importantly, during an actual emergency. We have many references available for hospitals nationally that are actively using our services.
In the event of a declared emergency, the hospital only needs to send their tapes to our Data Center. From there,
our engineers do all the work in restoring the Magic or C/S environment allowing your staff to remain in your offices. Users can then access their data remotely via a secure VPN. Once the emergency has passed, your Tri-Delta engineers will work with you in restoring the systems at your site.
DR tests are included at no charge and are actively encouraged. Again, Tri-Delta does all the work and you only need to validate the results remotely.
As an alternative to the tape based recovery methodology we also support High Availability (HA). Ask us about the variety of options and levels for this service.
